Alma holds a degree in business administration and is a lawyer graduated at University Don Vasco, associated with UNAM. Her degree final paper focused on defenses of taxpayers.

She completed a LL.M. in Mexico, and has attended several programs and diplomas on human rights law and tax law in Spain, Geneva, Mexico and Argentina.

Recently she completed a research on rights of taxpayers in relation with human rights law, in the Centro Latinoamericano de Derechos Humanos, Argentina.

As managing partner of QB Asesores Fiscales, her area of practice is mainly tax and administrative law. She works for companies and chambers. Alma also lectures regularly in areas of her expertise.
